Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at astrokom.com. We take pride in the quality of our services and products. However, if you are not satisfied, please review the following policy to understand your options.

1. Returns (For Physical Products Only)

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Product not as described

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product
  • You must provide photo/video proof of the issue

To request a return, email us at astrokomal@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details.

2. Refunds (For Physical Products)

Once your return is approved:

  • We will notify you of the refund status
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours

3. No Returns or Refunds on Services

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not provide refunds on:

  • Training courses (online or downloadable)
  • Consultancy sessions (once booked and confirmed)

Please ensure you read the service description carefully before booking or purchasing.

4. Cancellations

For consultancy:

  • You may request to reschedule 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may not be refunded or rescheduled

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or UPI wallet again
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time to process
  3. If still unresolved, email us at astrokomal@gmail.com
